Certificate endorses Cityspace as approved rail industry supplier
London, 9th April 2008 – Cityspace today announces that it has qualified for the prestigious Link-up scheme, a valuable endorsement of quality and recommendation for UK rail industry buyers, run by the Achilles Group.
“This is an important accreditation for Cityspace; underpinning our own high standards of service, hardware and support to our existing customers and across the rail industry,” says Mark Collin, UK Development Director, Cityspace.
Cityspace delivers complete digital network solutions for UK Train Operating Companies, featuring real-time passenger information, interactive journey planning and transactional services. Cityspace is working with some of the leading TOCs in the country and recently announced a contract win with Merseyrail to install complete customer information and services networks at unstaffed stations in the Wirral.
Link-up is the UK rail industry supplier registration and qualification scheme. Originally established over a decade ago, Link-up has made a significant impact to the rail industry by providing a single common qualification process for suppliers that is shared by Network Rail and over 80 rail organisations.
